Here are the names of key troutfishing rivers in and around Epirus.

Aoos River: long river with many tributaries and beautiful scenery.

Lagavits River: excellent dry fly stream, spring fed and fun to fish.

Kalamas River: deep river, and long, with tributaries. Great for nymph fishermen.

Kallaritikos River: Gorgeous mountain stream.

Louros River: classic limestone water.

Arathos River: springs from the Metsovo and runs down to Amvrakikos Inlet through the famous bridge of Arta.

Voidomatis River: maybe the best  water conditions in Europe with
 many insect hatches and challenging trout.
